Youth of San Juan de Lurigancho is happy and hope for big step made by being included in Agenda for discussion in plenary Congress bill 211-2006/CR by Congressman José Vega Antonio , which intends to declare and Public Need to Create a National Technological University in San Juan de Lurigancho. Congressman José Vega Antonio, national secretary of UPP 'trust that his congressional colleagues are welcome to this project and their support and give approval to this project that will light up one's Alma Mater for the youth of San Juan de Lurigancho. _________________________________________________
